A run is one agent attempting one task on your site once. Each paid site includes 25 runs a month, pooled across your paid sites. Annual billing grants the year’s runs up front. The free plan and channels do not include these runs.
Buy 100 more runs for $12. They never expire; using them requires a site with an active paid subscription.
AI usage: share of answer
One pass asks one AI engine all your active questions. It costs $1.99 per engine, purchased separately. Passes never expire and do not top up automatically. You need a balance and an active paid subscription for the site or channel you want to measure.
Each paid site gets one welcome pass. Each brand or creator gets one when they have a paid channel. This is a one-time gift, not a monthly allowance.

- Can I use AI with just one free site or channel?
- To use AI, pay for that site ($12 a month or $120 a year) or channel ($5.99 a month or $59.90 a year). Having only one does not include free AI. Buying runs or passes does not replace the subscription.
- If I have two, do I pay for one or both?
- Both. Two sites cost $24 a month and two reviewed channels cost $11.98 a month, whether they belong to one or two brands or creators. Paid capacity replaces the free allowance: you do not get a free unit on top of the units you buy.
- Does paying for sites include channels and their AI?
- Each product is purchased separately. You can have paid sites and keep one brand or creator with one free channel without AI, or the other way around. If you buy both, they are billed together on the same monthly or yearly interval. Free allowances are per organization.
- What counts as a site?
- One domain you add to your organization and watch over time. Anonymous scans through the public scanner are not counted against anything.
- What counts as a reviewed channel?
- An account on a supported platform that you enable for recurring review. Two channels belonging to one brand or creator are two units. Profiles you only declare are not billed. Your own website counts as a site and is purchased separately.
- What is an agent run?
- A run is one agent attempting one task on one site, once. A shop is offered 11 tasks; measuring each of them 3 times is 33 runs. The button tells you the number before you press it, and the meter stops rather than billing you for more.
- Is share of answer included?
- It requires a paid site or channel. Each pass asks one engine your active questions and costs $1.99. Each paid site and each brand or creator with a paid channel get one welcome pass, once. Passes never expire; a schedule stops if the balance runs out or the paid subscription is no longer active.
- How does cancelling work?
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and never apply retroactively.
- Do scans cost extra?
- No. Scheduled and manual scans of your watched sites are included, within fair-use rate limits that also protect the sites being measured.
